I am getting a new laptop or I was getting one 3 weeks frde but my living situation changed and I needed to move. I’m intentionally avoiding RAW editors there is a ton so as not to add confusion and they are usually more limited than the Photoshop alternatives. There are more, but like Pixelmator I’m just not familiar with them. All of them very affordable and have a ton of tutorials on YouTube. Other options might be On1 Photo Raw or Luminar.
